All repairs to: a single natural gas or Liquid Petroleum Gas boiler on your property, that’s designed for home use and has a heat output capacity of up to 70kW; the room sealed flue and the flue terminal the controls that make the boiler work including the programmer, any thermostats – including Hive Thermostats (covering Hive Thermostat, hub and receiver) – motorised zone valves and central heating pump A replacement of the gas supply pipes that are visible and accessible A replacement of the controls that make your boiler work A replacement of the room-sealed flue and the flue terminal Annual Boiler Service We will repair your boiler until parts are obsolete up to the cost of parts to the value of £600 .00 (including vat) per annum
All repairs to the heat and hot water system on your property, for example: expansion tank, header tanks, radiators, bypass and radiator valves (excluding Hive Radiator Valves); immersion heaters, including wired-in timer switches; and the pipes that connect the central heating system A replacement of parts of your central heating if we can’t repair them (excluding re -piping) Resetting your controls or replacing the batteries Repairing and replacing radiators and leaking pipework for your central heating system (Exclusions apply e.g. re-piping full system, under floor pipework)
Claims within the first 21 days of the product start date Damage caused by limescale, sludge or other debris – if we’ve told you before that you need to carry out repairs, improvements or a Power flush, or a similar process, but you haven’t done so we have the right to terminate your policy Plate to Plate Heat Exchangers –* Labour to fit new part will be covered Fixing your showers, their parts and shower pumps Repairing or replacing tap, showers & pumps *These can be covered for an additional cost please ask Any parts that are designed specifically for underfloor heating Supply of curved or designer radiators Re-piping full heating system Pipe work covered / hidden under flooring Repair or replacement of electrical elements in radiators Replacing or topping up your system inhibitor unless we’ve removed it Elson tanks and other specialist cylinders Any decorative parts- for example casing, paint work. Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning storm, freezing weather or any other natural event The cost of a new boiler if parts become unreasonably available, at our sole discretion Any loss suffered by you due to delay in obtaining parts Accidental damage, theft or malicious damage

An inspection of your gas meter, gas pipework and any gas appliance(s) A Gas Safety Certificate for your gas meter, gas pipework and any gas appliance(s), which we’ll post or email to you and your tenant if you prefer. Your Contract is for a Minimum of 12 Months from the date of the first payment. Unless you tell us otherwise this contract will automatically renew each year, subject to us accepting you onto the service plan. This contract will remain valid providing payment is continued by you subject to clause.
You can cancel your agreement or a product at any time, by calling 01724 271313 – or writing to us at: Mr Therm Service Care Ltd, 17 Dunstall Street, Scunthorpe, DN15 6LD If you cancel your product within 14 days, we will give you a refund if we haven’t carried out any work: for all products, the 14 days begins on the start or renewal date. This is your cooling off period. If we’ve done work for you before the cooling off period ends and then you cancel your agreement or products you will have to pay cancellation charges If you cancel your product after 14 days. We’ll cancel your product from the date you notify us and we’ll refund you for the remainder of the time you have already paid for. You may have to pay an admin fee of £30. If we’ve carried out any work for you, you will have to pay cancellation charges. Cancelling your Direct Debit through your bank doesn’t mean that you’ve cancelled your agreement with us. If you stop your Direct Debit without telling us, we’ll contact you to collect the money you owe. If we don’t hear from you and you don’t pay, we’ll cancel your agreement no less than 30 days after the date we first found out your payment had failed. You will have to pay cancellation charges. Cancellation charges If you or we cancel your agreement or any products and we’ve already completed work for you since you bought or renewed them, you will have to pay for the work / parts supplied and fitted
We will not be liable for any delays in the supply of parts from our suppliers. We may fit replacement parts that are adequate but not the same as the defective part(s). Annual boiler service or landlord certificate- this is included in your plan we will try to arrange a visit for this to take place but you remain responsible for it happening within the contract. Underground pipework and drainage are not covered under the service plan, these can be covered for additional charge please ask for details. Permitted by law where we are in breach of the terms of this contract or cannot honour the agreement the maximum liability will be limited to the cost of the relevant service plan you have in place. (Up to the amount you have paid for the current year). Under no circumstance are we liable for loss of earnings, profit, loss of goods, loss of business. None of these conditions limit us from the liability relating to death or personal injury from our negligence. This contract is strictly a maintenance contract and IS NOT an insurance policy. Mr Therm Service Care Ltd is therefore not regulated by the FCA. Upon you agreeing the price increase we will assume you accept the terms and conditions
